Dear Eric,

I would like to sincerely thank you for building the house of our dreams. The on-going experience during this past year was truly a pleasant surprise, and to have it done earlier than anticipated is almost unheard of in the building process.

At that end, all credit goes to Jonathan Caron. His dedication, extreme patience and understanding to any questions or issues made the whole process smooth and painless. He was there every step of the way answering every email and call.

Thanks also to Eric Darling who took care of all those little things.

You have a great crew of true professionals and should be very proud of the end result.

Dear Eric,

Having just passed my six month anniversary here at Ferry Landing no S , I would like to complement compliment you on the quality of workmanship. My dad having been a master craftsman, I appreciate fine work and attention to details.

The six month punchlist was actually quite short and minor in nature. Both "little" Eric and Steve are such pleasant, efficient and thorough (correct )fellows. Steve gave helpful hints while working and pointed out two other minor cracks (I had missed) for the painter to follow up on when they return to touch up his repair sites.

Nicole and now Donna are well informed and efficient.

I am pleased and happy in my new home and look forward to making new friends. the group at the Porch Party were pleasant and sociable.
